Birthplace: Talti, Sindh, Pakistan.
There have been so many actors in the Pakistani media industry who have contributed to the rise and success of the media industry and brought it on the level that it is today. Previously, before the boom in the private channel industry, the whole media audience used to focused on one channel, PTV. PTV has seen the rise and fall of so many actors in its time. Most of them have achieved major success during their time and have moved on to work with private drama serials. On of such actors is Noor Mohammad Lashari. Before venturing in to acting with PTV, hewas an actor in films and had performed in several notable movies such as Rutt Ain Ajrak in 1977, Bursat Ji Raat in 1985 and then Bewis in 1989 as well as The Only Way in 1993. He performed in other movies as well, but none of them were hits. This is partly because the Lollywood industry was rapidly failing, and chances were hard to come by.
An actor who had lots of talent and promise, he moved from films to drama serials. He again found her acting touch with drama serials such as Jungle and Dashat, both of which were famous hits. His most notable drama performance came in Marvi, which was a very popular drama serial of its time. He also got the chance to act with famous stars such as Abid Ali, Atiqa Odho as well as several others. He also performed in the drama serial, Anghar Wadi. Apart from dramas, hehas made appearances in several talk shows such as Live With Talat, Left Right, Off the Record and Capital Talk amongst others. Noor Mohammad Lashari is also known for his philanthropy, especially the work he did for the flood victims in Sindh.
